Q – Why should you buy from us and not the other door hanger companies on the web?
A – Other companies may claim to have lower prices, but most of them have hidden fees. We don’t charge extra for custom design. We can do unlimited changes at no extra cost and we only ask for a $39 deposit instead of 50% or full payment up front.
Q – How long does it take to get door hangers?
A – We offer the fastest turn-a-round for two color door hangers online (we can proof, print and ship within 2 business days of your order). Submit your copy and we will send you a proof the next business day. When you approve the proof we will print and ship your two color door hangers the next business day. (NOTE: Full color door hangers take 5-7 business days for production)
Q – What kind of paper do you use for the door hangers?
A – We use 67lb uncoated card stock – (similar thickness to an index card). For our full color door hangers, we use 14pt cover stock, UV coated.
Q – Can I write on the door hanger?
A – Yes, You can write on our two color door hangers. If you want to write on a full color door hanger, we can print it with a matte finish to make writing with a pen much easier.
Q – Does the door hanger have a hole for hanging?
A – Yes, the door hanger has a hole and a diagonal slit, making it easy to hang on a door knob.
Q – What if I don’t like my the door hanger proof you send me?
A – The $39 deposit is non-refundable but we can make as many changes as you need until you are satisfied at no extra charge!
Q – Do you offer slits so I can attach my business card to the door hanger?
A – Yes, for an additional $20 per thousand
Q – Can you print on both sides of the door hanger?
A – Yes, we can print the 2nd side for an additional cost.
Q – Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?
A –If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, or if the order was damaged or incorrect, you can 30 days after the final payment date to put in a claim for review.
Q – Can I add my logo or a photo on the door hanger?
A -Yes, send it in an email as an attachment to service@3000doorhangers.com
Q – Is there an additional charge to add my logo or photo to the door hanger?
A – No additional charge.
Q – Do you charge extra for color card stock for a two color door hanger?
A – No additional charge.
Q – I already have a design for my door hanger – can you follow it?
A – Sure, send it in an email as an attachment to service@3000doorhangers.com and one of our graphic artists will contact you once we review it.
Q – Can I keep my door hanger design?
A – If you would like us to send you the original artwork we create for you, we can send it to you for a fee. Call for more details.
Q – I have information for my door hanger – but not a layout – will you design it?
A – We’ve done thousands of door hanger layouts over the years. Chances are we’ve done quite a few for your type of business. Leave it to us – we’ll lay it out and send you a proof. You can make changes if necessary at no extra cost to you
